I do not know from where this music came. After all of these years of making music, I still do not understand the process. More and more lately, in music and in life, I allow myself to be less of an architect and more of a conduit. In some ways, I feel I'm at the mercy of whatever this creative force is. My hope is that this music touches your soul in some way, allowing something new to open and unknown inner-spaces to be explored.

Having grown up in Grand Rapids, MI and lived in Oakland, CA for nearly two decades, I now live in Asheville, NC and I spend my days working as a Spiritual Director and Enneagram Coach and co-parenting my amazing 7 year-old daughter. You can learn more about my work at soulgrowthcoaching.com.
