Recorded directly to cassette in Durban, South Africa, December 2021. Then sent to the Sound-O-Mat in Portland, Oregon, USA, for further recording, engineering, destruction and reconstruction, January - August 2022. Includes salvaged recordings from the archives of Thee Mighty Rob Vaughn, and featuring glorious contributions from Rob V. himself, alongside the mysterious T.T. Walker, Yon Grayson McGuire, and Liam Grant.

I think there is a wonderful sense of flow and balance throughout the album. Learning a bit about how the album was recorded, layered and arranged has made me appreciate it all the more.
